I looked up to Georgia Miller and loved that not only was she a great athlete but a lovely, happy person.

I focus on smart racing and aim to give every race my absolute all.

Lily, what has been a high and low in your IronWoman journey?

High: Definitely making the 2021/22 Nutri-Grain Iron Series!

Low: Training during the Sydney lockdowns was tough.

Do you have any race day superstitions?

I need to have my hair in two braids.

What is your go-to meal before a carnival?

Spaghetti Bolognese and a potato bake.
