Bio
Callum Brennan (CJ), a talented surf lifesaving athlete from Brisbane’s Bayside, began his career at just five years old with Point Lookout SLSC before moving to Currumbin Beach Vikings SLSC as an Under-15, progressing through to the Open ranks. A six-time representative of the Australian Lifesaving Team, CJ has achieved success across pool and ocean disciplines on international, national, and state stages. He is a multiple Australian record holder in Pool Rescue and recently competed at the World Games in China. At the most recent Australian Championships, he claimed gold in the Open Male Belt Race and bronze in the Open Ironman. CJ now sets his sights on building on this success as he prepares for the 2026/27 Shaw and Partners Iron Series, and will be representing the Australia at the 2026 Lifesaving World Championships in South Africa.
