A mix of Shannon Eckstein, Ky Hurst, and Ali Day.
What is the best piece of advice that you have ever been given?
“Back yourself, stay hard and be professional.”

Conner, what has been a high and low in your IronMan journey?
High – Making my third Iron Series in a row, and my Aussies gold medals.
Low – Getting glandular fever and having a terrible season.
