Jett, which race format is your favourite?
I love the Specialist because it shows how an Iron is broken into different individual legs of swim, board, ski and run, and its a fast brutal format that everyone is tested by.
What is your race day routine?
Try to stay relaxed in the lead up by listening to music or talking to friends, then when its race time to clear the mind and visualise what I need to focus on for the race.
What is the best piece of advice that you have ever been given?
Its not over till its over.
What is your top Iron Series memory so far?
Watching Shannon’s dominance and skills throughout many years in the sport, and also the rivalry with him and Matt Poole.
